What ages can participate in the training programs?
All K-12 student athletes can benefit from Dr. Coach Certified training programs. Students athletes from age 5-18 can safely benefit from sport specific physical development.

What is the time commitment per week?
Obviously it varies based on desired outcome and sport type, but the most common commitment is between 2-3 days per week with workouts that last about 90 minutes plus a cool down.

Is strength and conditioning training safe for younger athletes?
The short answer is absolutely. Dr. Coach Certified training programs are guided by science with a focus on technique, recovery, and natural range of motion.

Can the athletes play sports while training?
Yes. We collect all scheduling information to factor it in to the personalized trading program, and our first focus is to avoid the risks of overtraining. Valuable strength and conditioning training can occur while competing.
